TLT equips young people with the practical skills to navigate daily pressures, empowering them to understand their identity and potential. We focus on life empowerment and leadership skills delivered in an engaging way, tackling tough topics that develop young people into leaders. Developed in 2017, our team of specialists work in multiple schools across South Africa.

We help schools deliver engaging leadership content, through Life Orientation lessons or extra-curricular activities, that is relevant to learners.


We are excited to announce that all our sessions have now gone online, and at a discounted rate so you can join us from anywhere in the world.  Hundreds of students have joined in for weekly Online sessions. 



Open to any High School goer, our leadership sessions are hosted during the holidays and give young people the space to understand a top-of-mind subjects in captivating way. 


Our short and focused workshops for schools and educators assists schools breach hot topics and better equip their learners. As daily pressures change, so do the talking points.


An additional support for parents, Connect Sessions are for learners who opt for ongoing mentorship. Time is carved out to delve deeper into subjects, providing guidance and motivation. Mentorship is open to any young person.
