Leadership Development Program
GRADES 8 - 11
Through collaboration we believe we can change the way education has worked and serve students better. They say it takes a village to raise a child and that honestly couldn’t be truer! The education and empowerment of the next generation does not lie solely on the shoulders of teachers and schools. It should be a collective effort!
Our aim is to raise up a generation of servant-hearted leaders and this time in history is the perfect opportunity. We believe servant-hearted leadership is the only way we’ll see the South Africa we all dream of whether it’s in business, education, politics, or home life and families.
So how does it work?
We do this through the facilitation of crucial conversations, dynamic and creative activity-based learning and creating safe spaces for young people to share their thoughts, struggles, and triumphs. The leadership development program looks at a multitude of topics that we believe are vital to unlocking the potential in young leaders.
Learners are equipped with the skills to think critically when solving problems and use their emotional intelligence to adapt through shifting conditions. Overall, heightened Cognitive Readiness and EQ allows learners to maintain a better sense of self-control while navigating life, and this is what we aim to develop.
